CLIENT TERMS & AGREEMENT

Please read this agreement applies to any purchases from the Bold Shift, and you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms.
1. Program Investment & Payment Terms
By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the full program fee as indicated at checkout. All program fees are non-refundable. Due to the immersive, relationship-centered nature of this work, refunds cannot be issued for the program or any component session, regardless of attendance or participation. Full payment remains due regardless of the client's level of engagement.
2. Personal Responsibility & Autonomy
You acknowledge that you are a capable adult who takes full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after this program. While our work together is designed to support meaningful growth, your results are ultimately a reflection of your own commitment and effort. Mahshad Aryafar will not be held responsible for any life decisions you make as a result of our coaching work.
Coaching is a collaborative, client-driven process. The insights, tools, and perspectives offered within this program are intended to support your thinking, not replace it.
3. Realistic Expectations & Program Outcomes
Mahshad Aryafar brings over 15 years of clinical experience, deep therapeutic training, and a proprietary methodology to this work. That said, no outcomes, income results, or personal breakthroughs can be guaranteed.
Any statements made about the potential impact of the program reflect expressions of possibility and are based on subjective factors unique to each individual. Your results depend on your own skills, readiness, effort, circumstances, and follow-through. This program is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical advice, or financial counsel.
4. Your Commitment to the Process
Deep transformation requires full presence and honest participation. By enrolling, you commit to:
• Showing up fully and honestly to each session and community interaction
• Completing assignments and action steps to the best of your ability
• Communicating openly if something in the program does not feel aligned with your needs
• Taking ownership of the results you create within and beyond this program
5. Communication & Addressing Concerns
Part of integral coaching is inviting honest challenge and reflective discomfort. If anything said or suggested during our time together does not sit right with you, please bring it forward directly. This program is intended to be a space of genuine safety and trust, and those conditions depend on transparent communication from both sides.

6. Disclaimer
The content and materials within this program are provided for educational, developmental, and self-inquiry purposes only. This program is not a wealth-building or income guarantee. Your financial outcomes, like your personal growth outcomes, depend on factors specific to you and beyond the scope of any coaching engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability & Release of Claims
By participating in this program, you agree to hold Mahshad Aryafar and The Bold Shift harmless from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation in the program, including all sessions, materials, and communications, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. You accept that you are entering this work voluntarily and with awareness of what it entails.
8. Confidentiality
Your privacy matters deeply. Any personal, professional, or financial information you share during our sessions will be treated with the utmost discretion. This information will not be used for any purpose beyond supporting your coaching work, nor will it be shared with any third party, except:
• Where required by law
• With team members who need access to support the delivery of your program
• When you have given explicit written permission
The fact that you are engaged in coaching with Mahshad Aryafar will not be disclosed to anyone outside the program without your consent. You are, of course, free to share about your experience with anyone you choose.
9. Intellectual Property
All program content, frameworks (including the Resistance & Curiosity Framework), materials, and written resources are the sole intellectual property of Mahshad Aryafar and The Bold Shift. They are licensed to you for personal use only.
You are not authorized to reproduce, redistribute, sell, teach, or otherwise repurpose any portion of the program content, in any form or medium, without explicit written permission from Mahshad Aryafar.
Community Guidelines
If your program includes access to a group community space (such as a WhatsApp group, Telegram channel, or other shared platform), the following guidelines apply.
This space exists to support meaningful reflection, shared learning, and genuine connection. By participating, you agree to:
• Engage with all members with warmth, respect, and curiosity
• Refrain from offering unsolicited coaching, advice, or diagnoses to other members
• Keep conversations relevant to growth, mindset, and the themes of the program
• Protect the privacy of other members and not share their contributions outside the group
• Refrain from promotional activity, sales, or recruitment within shared community spaces
• Recognize that this space is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical support
Posts or comments that are off-topic, disrespectful, or disruptive may be removed. In serious cases, members may be removed from the community. Moderation decisions are made with the safety and integrity of the group in mind, and are final.
By participating in the community, you consent to uphold these standards.
